In making cream cheese;  white cheese, hard/semi-hard cheeses, cream, water/milk, salt, and melting salts are used.  The mixture of all raw materials and auxiliary materials is made in Steam Cream Cheese Melting Machines.  While the machine provides a cutting/homogenizing effect with its high-speed blender blade system, effective mixing of the product is ensured with the help of the mixing arm.  Pasteurization is done to 90°C with the steam or hot water jacket of the system.  Odor stabilization is provided by vacuum application during pasteurization.  The product, whose pasteurization is finished, is taken to the balance tank and the filling process is started.  The filling can be done by manual or automatic machines.

  •  The water inlet, vacuum inlet, and CIP inlets on the top cover will enter the boiler by being collected in a single line, each with a separate pneumatic valve.
  •  Top DN25 CIP inlet with ¾ inch pneumatic valve.
  •  There is a 2.2 kW 2800 rpm vacuum pump.
  •  Air pressure control is available.
  •  It has the ability to easily perform the desired operations with the operator panel with a PLC screen.
  •  Manual and automatic operating modes are available.
  •  The recipe recording feature is available.
  •  There is a digital water meter system on the machine.
  •  There are adjustment bolts with rubber wedges under the feet and under the feet on the lower platform.
