Cheese Mould Washing System

Immersion mold washing (immersion) system; It consists of acid tank, caustic tank, pre-rinse tank, preferably the last rinse tank, basket transport cart, basket and crane system.
The crane walkway of the immersion immersion system is completely AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
The surfaces in contact with the product in the acid and caustic tank are AISI 316 quality, other surfaces are AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
Acid and caustic tanks are equipped with a steam coil for heating, as well as an air coil for fluid movement.
Automatic acid and caustic dosing pump is available.
IP 65 protection class electrical panel is available.
Heating is controlled from the panel.
